I'm a 70 year old in Ontario. I've followed Paige for well over a year. She and Minnesota high school basketball is part of the spearhead that will change the WNBA from a lay up dominated sport to basketball "played in the air" as she said some time ago. I presume young women everywhere are starting to play like this and I believe that will revolutionize the WNBA. Great to see.

Play all year round. When you aren’t playing be lifting, running, jump training. Go to a gym and hoop with the guys. They will challenge you on rebounds, be physical and faster but it will help.
