Most people don't know but the C4 was the first original mass produced "Hyper Car" courtesy of Callaway of course. The Callaway "Hammer" C4 could do 258 MPH.

@@HYP3M0D368 l98s aren’t bad. I own a basically stock 88 with only exhaust and filter right now and I’m happy with it overall. They have plenty of torque if it’s healthy. If it’s taken care of it’s a decent motor.

@@HYP3M0D368 I would’ve liked an lt1 motor instead of the l98 but I preferred the older bumpers and side vents. I liked the newer interior more as well but after owning mine a while now the retro look has grown on me (and luckily everything works properly).

Nice; but honestly undrivable. I had an 87 C4 that was indeed “slammed” and id say it was 1” higher than this one. (The bottoms of my footwells were exactly 3” off the ground; and IT was barely drivable. (Speed bumps in parking lots were a no-no)

Nice. But that thing is a b!%*# to get out of to begin with even at stock height. I have an 86 convertible that i've had since my younger days and it was a pain to get in and out of then even, especially when you had to get in or out on the curb side where the sidewalk was about the same level as the floor of the vette. You are basically rolling in or out of it haha! Well it's my son's now. I'm no spring chicken anymore. Haha!
