ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS !!!! Put oil in the oil filter when changing oil filter !!!! Top it off once to the threads and it will mostly get soaked up by the filter material in it, and since your oil filter sits the way it does when you screw it back on, add a little more so it’s got a little puddle in it when you screw it back on but not completely topped off. NEVER NEVER NEVER start your car after an oil / oil filter change with a completely dry filter, it’s bad for your car’s engine in the long run, it’s a BIG NO NO !

I would advise against spacers, they can mess with your suspension geometry and cause undue stress on hubs, wheel bearings and joints. Do it right and get aftermarket wheels with appropriate specs that you want.
