Simple home invasion? Dude that can carry LIFE. Nothin simple about it
@emperortrevornorton31194 ай бұрын
In home invasion robberies you should always expect that the criminals are more than likely violent it ain't like snatch and run they are more than likely willing to kill That is why a lot of smart states have castle laws that mean entering a property without the permission of owner or owners of property can be seen as self defense if the owner uses a firearm or other weapon to defend the property
@mallarysangel3 ай бұрын
Generalizing, in order of least punishable to more, and different from state to state: Robbery: theft of a person Burglary: theft of properties such as cars, coin op machines, uninhabited buildings. Aggravated robbery : theft of a person while displaying a deadly weapon, or when causing bodily injury. Burglary of a habitation: theft of an inhabited or inhabitable property Home invasion : felony during the course of a burglary of a habitation. Generally bodily injury, SA, abduction while displaying a deadly weapon. You can make an aggravated, or armed, robbery stick on a habitation, while inhabitants are present, but it’s usually gonna work out better to go with a burglary. You can make a home invasion charge under certain circumstances, but it may be better to go with another charge unless its truest intended purpose is met. It’s all about the highest charge with the elements of the crime that fit. It’s better to charge up as much as possible and let the DA knock it down.

I almost got home invasioned once. Guy came to my door with a story, apparently he was being chased by some other guys. This was the first time I had heard this story (I heard the exact same story again about 5 years later), so I let him come in and hide while I call him a taxi. Me being me, I locked my huge ass door behind him, accidentally foiling his plan entirely as his friends would be unable to get in. I then caught him twitching the curtains, and told him to get away from the window before somebody spots him. He wasn't listening, so I lost my patience and went ham on him with my bat. A few days later, I told my friend about the whole ordeal, and that's when I found out that this guy was trying to rob me. What a poor fool.

The home invasion was really, really scary and I’ll tell you why. I am a retired Seattle public defender and a true crime fan. I’ve been reading true crime since I was a young adult. And I have a weird affection for burglars. In my experience and most of the things I’ve read, most burglars are stupid bunglers who can’t make it in life. They just want your stuff! Then they’ll fence it. That is their business. It is your job to not leave your sliding glass door open. It is their job to steal your shit. I’m not saying it’s a good thing, but there are worse criminals than burglars. But these guys proved that they weren’t really burglars. A home like that has lots of stuff, fencable stuff. Burglars know what that stuff is and they look for it. These guys did not look for stuff that they could sell. All they seem to be interested was the knives and the knife block. There was nothing blocking their exit. When they heard people in the house…they ran TOWARD it. In my humble opinion, these men were rapists, and possibly hobby murders. Burglars run AWAY from the presence of people in their marked home. Not towards people. Burglars stake out a home specifically so that they know nobody is there when they go in to take your shit!
@Luv2gd2btru3 ай бұрын
@@nicolechafetz3904I think you’re right. They first got knives out of the kitchen, then ran upstairs looking for people. I think sliding doors are the easiest to get in..here’s my few tips on keeping safe..have a gravel path or drive,it’s very hard to walk on without making a noise …grow a thorny bush right under the front window it stops people getting too near.. have movement lights outside ,have cameras linked to ur phone,and if u love dogs have one ..they will generally alert you to movement ,n have a weapon near to ur bed..but best of all is metal,security door shutters if u can afford them .

@@julesdymond8728 when I was little in the house that we lived in, our doors would open, we used to hear thudding up the stairs, we thought that it was our grandad but he wasn't home yet. Once I thought my grandma popped her head around the door to say goodnight I told that I loved her and didn't respond so I shouted "don't you love me?" Didn't respond so I got upset about 5 minutes later she actually popped her head around and asked why I was crying. She said that she hadn't come up yet because she was doing the dishes. But now I'm older sometimes I think it follows me, because as I've grown up, so much crazy stuff has happened. Even yesterday I'm 31 and I was talking to myself and my microwave turned on... I'm not scared but it definitely makes me jump 😅

So I have a couple of comments here. First, the video of the house at 6:27 is photoshopped for sure. I have actually seen this same thing before. Then the video of the woman being followed… that one is definitely strange. Not only does the figure look real, but did anyone else see the black shadow run across in front of her????

The old photograph is easy to explain, cameras needed long extimes to take a picture. So you had to sit still for a while so the camera could get your photo without ant blurs. This boy was probably looking at the mirror initially but then being a young boy turned to look at the camera, all in one setting of exposure.

That volcanic lightening at about 10:00 looks really awesome and I imagine people in the past attributed it to activities of the gods like Thor or Zeus or Indra and so on… Knowing how lightening is attracted to the earth and metallic materials today, there's probably a lot inside a volcano that attracts such lightening.
