Thanks - great review. I am glad you compared as I only have the elf palettes - but as soon as you made the comment that the elf shimmers seem I take over - I was like - YES! I kept thinking it was my application, but just on Friday night I used an elf palette and after a few hours I checked and yep - my whole eye was shimmery. IMO - the wet n wild palette looked so gorgeous on you! I also think the transition shade shows up better on camera than you think. It would be great for a day when you want to do a no makeup makeup look and just even out your eye tone. I’m really fair so it would def show up more on my lids. I was really into the elf quads but your review helped me to realize their flaws. You are young so the shimmery eye looks great on you but as an older peep I am drawn to the subtly of the wet n wild. I have some coupons for cvs so off I go today! :)

I vote for wet 'n' wild palette, it really works better, I like how the colors merge and I also think that for the inner corner it could be a little bit more golden than it is. But according to me, definitely wet 'n' wild is better! I would want to ask you what is on your lips? I liked the color soo much!

I agree, the colors blend together a little bit more cohesively. On my lips I'm wearing the Kokie retractable lip liner in warm nude, with the Catrice liquid lip balm on top in the shade raspberry cream!

Wet N Wild walking on eggshells is iconic and was one of the very first palettes I bought when I first started doing makeup. However, I much prefer the elf look even though it was a little more difficult for you to use. Funny how our preferences change over time.

If they work for you then I think these are so similar you can pass on the wet n wild one. Though if there's a wet n wild 5 pan that does catch your eye, it's definitely worth trying!

LoL I was at Target yesterday going through which palettes they had in stock, both Elf and W&W... I was looking for very specific colors. I am also hooked on Elf's Metallic liquid. PS... if anyone has the Target app, right now you can get a $5 gift card if you buy $20 of beauty/makeups products. They say "eligible" but tbh every beauty & cosmetic product I looked at (which was A LOT of products) counted towards the $20. Also, Amazon is have a couple sales also... Buy one get the 2nd half price and spend $20 on eligible products and get $5 off. There are a ton of beauty & cosmetic companies (like Elf) with eligible products if you take the time to look beyond the list that pops up...😊
