I suffered a heart attack all last week at 38 years old, while on a 5-day a week hardcore workout routine the last 6 months. I was passing military grade physical fitness while suffering with it. Landed myself in the hospital last Friday and had a stent put in due to a 99% blockage to my right artery of my heart.
