History of slavery in Canada exhibit opens on Emancipation Day

On Emancipation Day, a new exhibit at the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 opens about the history of slavery in Canada. Through artifacts and biographies, it explores Canada's connection to slavery and the role it played in the settlement of this country. The CBC's Alex Guye sits down with curator Afua Cooper.
