About that crate thing: I am not 100% sure about this...actually I am only like maybe 0,9% sure about this, but Saryn, the Frame that Papa played, has an ability that gives enemies the equivalent of herpes, and these can be destroyed by shooting at them, releasing herpes spores around the affected enemy. That interaction might count as "crates opened".
