I mean the plasticity of the concept of a princess and consistency in the mound's love for you are pretty much the only constants throughout that aren't precisely part of an enforced framework (like the narrator). In the end, though, I feel like there's so, so many aspects tackled based on your choices. Meaning and meaninglesness being among the more major ones. And that's not even getting into the more episodic aesops and themes. Lastly, even if accidentally, it seems like fundamentally the game holds a mirror to you. Do unto others and all that. Granted, the overall nature of the game, well...I like the endings but they're a bit too optimistic. Kindness in the face of adversity and pushing through strife are kinda meaningless if in the end things are destined to turn out alright. It's kinda weird, thinking about how the game literally says this during one of the exchanges in the debattle with the mound.

Yeah the writing and dialogue really amped up at the end but it got a lot more surreal and symbolic.

I had to finish the game 4 times, to get a better understanding and still I am a bit lost with a certain part, just play more, ask diff. questions at the end... Other languages would be nice, but translating the ending would need a very skilled word picking to keep the eerie atmosphere.

Unfortunately, that means that all of the potential narrative strength she has is completely unfocused. Basically the amount of strength that is put into being a match for the stubborn's adversary, the paranoid's nightmare, the smitten's damsel or the hunted's beast is put into making her the contrarian's stranger. He can't get to know her in any meaningful way, because then she can't match his desire to go against everything. He'll only be going against her.

Im really happy to see a game so good it passed through rule 34 of the internet. But in all seriousness, this game is a masterpiece. Welp... That's all i have to say... do i need to describe things or.... there was a hand, your hand, and in this hand was a pristine blade, you'll need it if you want to do this right.... welp, that'll be all there is to describe right now... because the trailer is paused. Ah yes, i know what i can add to this comment, more complete explanation of why this is a masterpiece... from the butiful scenery to the soothing voice acting, passing through the script and lore there is but one thing that's missing... and that thing is... uhhhh.... well cant find it. I must say the narrative and emotions are both complementing each others what you'll find missing in one personality you'll find completed with another.... So it was great dont mind the first sentence. i was curious as to why the lust of the internet had yet to reach this masterpiece even tho it does certainly not lack the appeals, but this is just the rambling of an admirative old man who has yet to reach his 20s. I can't say more than this for the good of any who have yet to witness the end. -Just a random fan🦞
