I guess he feels like on a daily he has only one chance to do it? But on a regular run, he can always restart, so it matters less...

​@@IkEisawesome7 Which is impressive, but looking at how powerful the run was as a daily, it's not super surprising. The fact he only ended up taking 1 damage despite repeatedly miscalculating block (forgetting orichalcum, frozen orb, etc), not realizing he had more energy from evoking plasma, that kind of thing. Those mistakes don't cost you much on a daily, if they cost you anything, but on A20? That just might end your run. Not saying you have to take every run as seriously as you would an A20 run, but if you don't train yourself not to make those little mistakes the bad habits can come back to bite you.

i think it was the right play. echo form is too expensive to play usually and will probably cause you to take damage if you dont draw steam barrier.

Yup for score, if you have 5 Curses you get 100 points (I think).

So... A 0 cost deck, but you need MOAR ENERGY!!! Also NO DRAW!! And of course, be sure to play your blocks first, you wouldn't want that kunai helping in any but accidental way. A 1000+ gold? AVOID ALL SHOPS!!! God forbid you look for Apotheosis when you can't upgrade... One constant thing I notice about how NL plays, no matter what he says, no matter what he learns, no matter what the game offers him, given the opportunity, he will always revert to his basic archetype type plays he did 300 episodes ago.

And it's stuff like that why he can't win on a20, heck, he isn't even losing on a20, he is losing on a19. And I barely scratched the surface here, I didn't even mention his frequent missplays of FTL, or how he missed a very obvious and fantastic combination of triple Boot sequence and gambling chip, or him trying to rebound exhaustable cards. I'm happy to see him having fun, I really am. But he is supposedly trying to win a20...but he is doing the same thing over and over again, and when placed in a safe environment (a daily) where he could try something new and still win, instead he goes for the same old things. Without even trying to see how his relics might combine with his cards...heck, he even said that he isn't going to pay attention...
