Slayer is amazing for all reasons. Shouting through hordes and throwing mobs all over the place is fun. I mean, to be fair, the only Bardin I don't fully enjoy is ranger vet anyway. I love no escape cuz tiny ball of speedy rage is amazing, even if only for memes. Keep up the good work (BTW your cat looks like one of mine, except mine doesn't try to fight things lol).

@@tabunga4669 ranger vet didn't jive well with me, but I like all the other Bardin roles. Sienna takes a little practice but she is super strong. Once you get blocking and dodging down, give her another shot and I bet she feels a lot better :)

Hey I know I’m late to the party, but because you’re running crunch to put stagger on important targets, wouldn’t mainstay be better for actually increasing dmg to those staggered targets? I’m sure crunch would stagger berserkers and plague raki, not sure if on cata crunch still staggers chaos warriors and monsters. I see why smiter would be better if you can’t stagger those big guys though.

I believe, throwing axes don't count as one handed. So the is no point to run the one handed talent for them.

running 2h weapons (especially great hammer) is more cowardly than running any one handed weapon + throwing axe tbh the great hammer charged attack stuns most enemies and you dont have to dodge and move around as much as you do with, say, the dual axes, combined with doomseeker you're never low on temp health in the most tense situations (surrounded by a horde), its honestly the biggest noob's choice for the slayer calling a weapon you legitimately have to aim with (and which you have to sacrifice additional melee capabilities to wield) "a sign of cowardice" is ignorant and in this case even hypocritical

A note on temp HP on cleave: it also works when hitting a single enemy, even though the talent tooltip only mentions "multiple". Makes it a tad more reliable in my mind - for instance, it also works while whacking away at bosses, and it means you can more easily stop THP from decaying by hitting single enemies between hordes.

I'm a Slayer main - I run two great axes: one with power Vs skaven and one Vs chaos. Talent differences from you are THP on kill, mainstay (I don't find smiter let's the axe reach any one hit breakpoints) and no escape (crunch is great but I like the move speed for doing objectives or repositioning). Enjoyed the video and seeing a slightly different build!

Skaven berserker stagger breakpoint is 30% vs and enhanced power. At least if you want to stagger them oir of chain attack with the heavy. Oh and opportunist

Tested out this build and now slayer is my favorite character, only thing is I found that I take a lot less dmg with speed buff lvl30 and dealing a lot more with mainstay

Interesting observation with Mainstay would def help chop bosses and higher health targets
