Experience “The Serpent’s Heart” DLC and endure the mighty Slayer’s Gauntlet in an attempt to save the lives of loyal rebels. Lara must infiltrate an enemy fortress to stage a daring prison break, then engage in a battle against evil Kukulkan cultists. Lara must also complete the Slayer's Gauntlet and navigate roaring rapids in order to receive the power of the serpent god.
Those who complete the challenge tomb will be rewarded with the Divine Bounty skill, which causes fallen foes to yield more gold coins when looted. “The Serpent’s Heart” also features the Dragon Scales outfit, which reduces fire damage, prevents stumbling, and accelerates health regeneration. Finally, players will receive The Serpent Lash bow, which deals out extra fire damage.
As part of the update, tombs from the main campaign, “Judge’s Gaze,” “Underworld Gate,” “Howling Caves”, “Path of Battle,” “Temple of the Sun,” “San Cordoba,” “Ancient Aqueduct,” and “Thirsty Gods” are all now playable in Score Attack and Time Attack modes.

By far the hardest tomb so far! Really just needed you for some inspiration as this wasn't a puzzle. All the while i thank you much, this was frustrating AF!!!

God, I hate this puzzle. it's bad enough that you're jumping the knives but fire?!?! What the monkey is that?!?!

As a tip, after removing the obstruction that's preventing the tower from turning, you DON'T need to drop down and scale the tower from the outside. There are ledges in the central rotating hub you can use to climb around two thirds of the way up. After that, you need to walk across one of the beams to the outside of the tower and climb the remaining part on the outside.

Honestly, i found it easier to use endurace herb and avoid the obstacles by jumping into the water, and quickly swimming under the blades or fires. Then i'd chase the raft, climb up, heal, and back into the water again. Used up my herbs, but saved nerves and bullets.

I did this yesterday on normal difficulty, and I didn't know you could extinguish the fires. I had to time jumping in the water to get back on the raft to dodge the fire. I knew I was missing something. Thanks for uploading - if I play again I'll do it like this.

I love that they made THIS challenge tomb a little bit hard than the last 3 but.... I’m still a little frustrated at the price everyone who’s playing these paid for this DLC

I’m so mad that they make us use the specific outfit restrictions in the hidden city. But it’s at least nice they give us some new content regularly. I think it’s better overall than rise as far as DLC goes too.

At 3:40 underwater to the right of the raft there is a pullable wooden door. It is highlighted when the survival instincts on. How do you access it?

I saw this too. I was able to shoot it and open it, but figured i could go back...then i exited the area.. I also saw a ledge before god slayer bow..again never got to this ledge..does Lara revisit this area?
