When label in your products, how do you know what size label to use and what size Font to use on which type of labels hope I didn't confuse you

I have a video on labeling , but essentially you want to measure the space on the jar you want to place the label on. Purchase that size label and when you design it, do a few tests runs if multiple fonts to see which shows up best!
