This is a great tutorial. The only thing that stands out is that you cannot trademark any of the elements in canva that you did not draw yourself. You can trademark shapes and letters and your OWN imported hand drawn elements. I am running into this. You could trademark your basic logo in this tutorial because it's only font. But once you add in a palm tree that you took out of canva, you no longer have the ownership to trademark it.
