Recuerdo perfectamente cuando se realizó ese festival en Acapulco! Antes de que empezara a tocar King Kobra se armó el desmadre por líos de seguridad y por el clásico comportamiento del público mexicano en ese tipo de eventos... mucho antes de que aparecieran empresas como OCESA para organizar los conciertos de una forma profesional. Tuvo que salir Armando Molina, uno de los organizadores a tratar de calmar a la gente y en parte lo logro dando paso a la actuación de King Kobra. Una de tantas páginas oscuras del rock en México de los 70s y 80s!

Es este concierto estuvo lalo tex el muñeco platico en una entrevista y dijo que quedo impresionado la manera de ejecutar los instrumentos por parte de king kobra y también menciono que tenian una manera muy chingona de hacer conexión con el público..es por eso que el muñeco fue asi en sus conciertos.

The funniest thing about this is that the singer is wearing a t-shirt that says "Coma Caca" instead of "Coca cola"...lol "Coma caca" means "Eat shit" in spanish XD.

Great band!! Great performance!! Does anyone know if this concert is available to buy ?? I had read a few years back that Carmine Appice wanted to put this out for the fans but the lead singer threatened with a lawsuit.

Carmine Appice Is a great drummer and the great guitarists David Micheal Phillips And Mick Sweda Also Mark Free And Johnny Rod were great to and for some reason they have a combination of Keel, Icon, W.A.S.P., And Quiet Riot. One of my favorite bands

It is Spectre General who's real band name is Kick Axe wrote the song originally and allowed King Kobra to record a version on the song before they would record it a year later for the Transformers movie. It's just like the Kiss song Hide Your Heart Paul Stanley wrote that song but allowed 3 other artists to record it before Kiss would in 1989.
