Its a beautiful home, however, i dont mean this in anyway a condescending manner but I just want to point out that LG and Samsung are not really highend products, its more for the massess, if it was like Bosch or Miele it would be midend and Gaggenau is what I would consider high end.

Nasa market pa rin, overpriced pre sell properties kasi karamihan ng binebentang mga newlybuild properties sa metro manila, unlike sa mga good quality liveable properties in metro cebu, metro davao and other metro cities in Ph, ewan ko ba napaka over rated and over price ng mga yan, hehehe. Mas mahal pa sa price ng mga magagandang villa, mansions, properties abroad na napapanoud ko din sa youtube. To think na PHILIPPINES lang yan, mas mahal pa sa mga properties sa australia, newyork, LA, dubai, thailand, malaysia, indonesia, etc. try nyu manood ng mga property tour abroad, mapapaisip ka, bakit mas mahal ang presyo ng mga binebenta sa manila compare sa abroad. Hehehe

Very nice but I wouldn’t buy it for $3 million. First and foremost, I don’t have the money😂, second, your lanai’s view are your neighbors and last no swimming pool plus Princess is not included in that everything you see is included 😂
