Thank you for that. What advice helps me is to not develop that anxiety that comes with trying to sleep on time. I end up never sleeping as early as I want when those thoughts flood. I appreciate it Dr. Nishi!

Awww. I’m so glad I found your video. Turning 40 I notice my sleep patttern changed . After your video I can investigate my carcaigan Ruth im has change. I wake up at 0400 and sleep at 0800. It disturbs my evening. Then I wake up at midnight. Wondering how to fix it

Hi Jeannie, it does sound like advanced circadian rhythm. If that's the case, getting bright light by using a light box in the afternoon or evening can help "push" the sleep onset to a later time.
