Dr. ಅಂಜನಪ್ಪರವರೇ ನಿಮ್ಮದೇ ಸ್ಟೈಲ್ ವಿವರಣೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಅಪ್ಯಾಯಮಾನ, ಇಷ್ಟ ಆಗುತ್ತೆ.. ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು ಸರ್.. 40..45ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ 2..3ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ 12..14ಘಂಟೆ ನಿದ್ದೆ ಮಾಡುವೆ. ಕೆಲವು ದಿನ 24ಘಂಟೆ ನಿದ್ದೆ ಮಾಡೋಲ್ಲ. ಅರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇಲ್ಲ

I tried these ...iam sharing only for reference .. 1. magnesium biglycinate 'brx health' tablet . Or 2. Melatonin 5 mg tablets (short period )may be 3 to 6 months .later reduce dosage like 4mg 3mg 2mg 1mg o.5 mg ...... 3. Do healing meditation or visit pyramid valley meditation center in kankapura road ,bangalore Also Check your blood levels ...

Whether insomnia is next-door for depression ? Though i used to same procedures like reading books ( maximum) or little bit exercises, or Luke worm 💧 bath at around-the-clock between 2.30 and 3.00 AM . Afterwards slightly getting sleep. But every day with/without sleep i am getting up between 7.00 am and 7.15 am without fail. With sleep i feels that i am ok. But even after the above-mentioned procedures without sleep i feels i am abnormal .
