Finally a way I can move on from a traumatic past without taking a handful of pills or drink so much I pass out... I don’t have to fake it to make it with the tools Jason describes in this meditative journey. For once in over 17 years... I feel kind of... free.

you can supplement your dose of Jason by going to meetings with other people that no longer throw unknown dosages of unknown substances down their throat or who go out and full well know that they will come to 20some hours later in a random location.. my favourite were taxis or the middle of interesting debates..

16th night! And what a beautiful day it’s as been, just chilling out with a book in the garden and then dancing and singing whilst emptying my room ready for washing the walls and the ceiling ready for painting, throwing old stuff out, ready for new items to take their place, a new paintings ( drawn and painted by myself) new carpet and new bed! So much fun doing this day by day! I look forward to the following morning with anticipation, and wonder. Goodnight everyone sleep well tonight! I never thought my life would be anything but darkness and sadness! How wrong I was..!!!!

Second night, today i felt more free, relaxed and just simply more myself. Im also in the processes of getting sober for the first time in 2 years. This seemed to have helped even after one night. I can't wait too see how tomorrow goes and the days to come. Thank you jason.

Hope you're still on the path to recovery...5 years sober here though it took 6 years before that trying and after which finally accepting.. Recovery is a process which can take time and is so worth it. It gets easier with time and the freedom is beautiful . A day at a time.. easy does it and keeping it simple. Love this meditation it's helped me so much at difficult times. ❤

I’ve been listening to this for a week now and already, I’ve let go of so many things. I even lowered my antidepressant and I feel so much better. To top that, I’ve lost almost 10 pounds in the last week! Which of course, I needed to. I am so thankful for you Jason. I can’t thank you enough

I have been studying for most of my life, been a part of and studied many healing modalities and meditated with great teachers (including 3 days with the Dalai Lama) I sometimes in my life have gone through years of MDD and after severe illness, homelessness and seversl years of severe depression, I have been attempting to retrain my brain to move to the other side of it all... in my search, I found you. What a gift you have been to me. I walked, I prayed, I sang, I meditated, I chanted; I no longer wake up in a dark panic that stays with me all day; or ruminate continually with no space for joy. The last day. As a high school student straight back into the flames right outta COVID, it hurts. Lost friendships, lost parts of myself, but so much growth nonetheless, with so many more opportunities to come. I’m still suffering, and I’m still in pain. But that’s okay. I’m not alone, and I can learn to let go of my many held on vices through time and acceptance of the unknown. I’m ready to step into the unknown, despite the fear I’ll always have inside. And now, I know I’m gonna do it the right way. I’d have never been able to see this side of myself without you, Jason. You’ve been such an inspiration to so many people, and you’ve helped me so much over the last year and a half. You may never read this, but thank you Jason. Thank you so much.

17th night experiences are unbelievably amazing today, I’ve not stopped working on my room for the full day! only to stop a few minutes ago just realising I need sleep. creativity is amazingly powerful, but once it gets started, it’s hard to stop it, just enough for sleep, ( not an easy thing to do!). I know it’s silly but normally I don’t last this long on a certain topic, but this meditation as really helped me reconnect with my inner self, I’ve really enjoyed the experience of new beginnings and experiences, I have never been able to enjoy before. I feel really blessed to be able to experience these beautiful moments of life!

Jason this has been the best meditation for helping me sleep. The way you speak at the beginning means I can leave it loud because I know I will be shortly left with music. The timing is incredible . I am now sleeping for longer periods where before I could only sleep a couple of hours before I was awake and that is how my whole night was. broken sleep..Last night I slept a solid 6 hours it has never been known!! The letting go has become a part of my life also where I am making a decision not to hold onto people’s opinions. If I keep holding on then I will take action which is to be authentic with my feelings but mostly I am letting go. This has changed my life. You are a angel sent I feel you are my friend in the night as I fall asleep with you. Thank you thank you thank you. God bless and hugs ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😊😊😊😊

Feelings have been difficult as I’ve had to make some changes! unfortunately I’ve had to leave some people behind me, as I’ve found myself being held back from my true path, now I’ve learned to appreciate what lessons these false friendships have tried to teach me! Sixth day and I’ve been tested today! Emotionally and physically!! But I’ve still found time to accept it and move on without keeping hold of the past situation and getting attached to the old feelings of anger, anxiety or worrying about it long after it’s been dealt with. So something is changing within me as am growing to be more open to challenges no matter how hard, rather than shutting them out and ignoring them! Well pleased and proud with how have grown within myself!

3 more days left & I started seeing & feeling results after about 14 days. I wake up feeling like it's a good day, I feel like my load that I have carried for 40 yrs has become so much lighter. I look forward to waking up now & I pray this feeling stays. I also listen to your sleep help for depression & I believe both meditations have been helping me. It took some time, it wasn't just a day or 2..but it DOES work for me. I don't feel so sad & hopeless all day & night. I don't worry & stress so much. I feel like I have a life & finally enjoy the things that I use to find enjoyment in. I feel hope & happiness again. Ty for so much help. Ty fir helping me get my life reasons back.

I think I may now be ready for this disciplined approach . It feels as if it is time to work with these new ideas and feelings from a more disciplined approach as part of "next steps" I know that this "body detailed awareness step" is tremendously helpful in the "letting go" process. And I also know that it is necessary to go deeper into the psyche if I truly want to "let go and set myself free."

Yay day 21! Wow what a rollercoaster! but it’s being fun! Feeling different emotions day to day, learning how to except them and how to keep calm and let go of negative thoughts, and emotions, either with negative people or situations that are out of your control!! even though the darkest of times. I’ve really practiced this meditation in theses situations and come to realise that as long as I am not using my reactions to these issues it slowly dissolves and what it left is just something that doesn’t involve you anymore! It’s been such a learning process for me! so much so I’ve passed it on to my friends and now family, even my dad now understands my reasons for keeping meditation in my life. I know have said this a number of times before, but a Big thank you to you Jason and your team, for making this meditation clip. it’s an amazing emotional experience, it’s really made me see how strong, supported, and most of all unconditionally loved I truly am. 😊☺️😊😌💞💝💖💗🌈

Hi Aya Nizar, honestly I just stopped fighting my emotions and write everything I was feeling each night an hour before bedtime, and then just left this wonderful mediation playing listened to it until I felt I was feeling heavy and I just closed my eyes and let this mediation play through even whilst sleeping! Then I would treat each day as if it were the first day of my life if an issue with say a stranger in the street or a family member was having a negative impact on me, I would listen to what he had to say until they were all ranted out but in the meantime, I think if I was in this person shoes what would cause me to react like this? And what would I do to help myself out of it? Then I would ask questions that would relate to those questions to the person who was mentally and physically asking for help from me.

Yeah. I’m ready. I don’t suffer from anxiety or maybe the smallest anxieties but why not feel better regardless? Night 18, and my feelings are positive even after a really bad day! It’s an amazing experience and my inner energy is no longer depleting quickly, and I’ve not done any snapping or sudden anger bursts since Ive starting this meditation. Ninth night, and struggling yet again! But against every single negative feeling, I’ve had with in me! I am determined to continue with this Jason, until 21st day! It’s what I’ve been driving myself to do, to keep to one problem at a time, Instead of trying to figure out everything at once.!! As I know it as only caused me more stress than I had to begin with. I just randomly came across this meditation, I’ve been struggling with anxiety and low mood recently, partly due to working through past trauma. I have done it now 3 days and last night woke up and had difficulty getting back to sleep. My greatest problem. I fall asleep usually in I'd say 10 minutes. I will continue for my 21 days and hope I can let go. Never slept well my whole life. Work on it constantly. Have done Paul Santeze meditation too.

I’ve been going through an absolute nightmare this past year and at times I’ve wondered if I’ll have the will, desire or strength to go on.... I’ve found so much comfort and solace in these meditation vlogs that I truly don’t know how I would have coped without them?! There’s a sort turnaround of events now ( thankfully) so I’m hoping and praying that I’ll finally be able to move on.... I’ll listen to this tonight and hope I have chosen the right time to begin... So I will thank you in advance for all your amazing and healing work!!! As I doubt you truly understand the impact that you can have on a stranger who is seriously feeling at a complete loss.... After clambering around in the darkness so long... 🙏💕🇬🇧

This is my fourth night in a row! I cannot believe how much as changed since my first night of this wonderful meditation, and now my friend Lisa is listening to this tonight for the first time! Today was particularly difficult, I almost skipped this meditation, but Im here now ☺️✅️ Day 4: 10th April ✅️ Day 5 🥳: 11th April ✅️ Day 6: 12th April 😴✅️ Day 7: 13th ✅️ Day 8: 14th ✅️ Day 9: 15th ✅️

Please continue, even if you miss sometimes - it’s not just about falling asleep- the message carries weight (meaning) - remember, he said each time you listen there is a different‘emotional backdrop’ meaning🎉 you will bring an assortment of feelings to the meditation each say and this is normal and even beautiful - think of your daily visit as a personal meeting with the Supreme One who truly cares for you - may peace be with you

Well, its the medication and meditation combined too treat chronic anxiety meds alone will not help it takes a combination of both

jason copeland pretty much. I was on a few anxiety meds, and tbh they work really well in some cases but are simply just a bandaid to mental health issues like anxiety. At least that’s what my doctor said about a few of the different ones I been on over the years. This meditation helped me greatly when I quit klonopin, I was in withdrawal for roughly 3 months and felt as if I was losing my mind. This was extremely beneficial.

This is a great one for the pandemic! I have always had a fear of germs that create illness. Sure enough, the dreams I remember after night number 1 of this meditation were trying to find a clean public bathroom stall to use as well as people around me talking about the people at the dance studio getting sick, one after the other, and myself wondering if I had been exposed or not. I know this is one form of control I have tried to have in my life. Apparently it is something I'm trying to let go of at this time. Thanks for this benficial tool!
