The meditation itself finishes at the 1 hour mark and I've left some blank time for another 6 hours as, from this month onwards, KZbin has introduced ads at the end of each video, and I cannot remove them. So the extra time should ensure that no ads play until after 7 hours.

Why make it 7 hours long if that last 6 hours have no words or music? It is completely silent after 1 hour

Because at this time KZbin was introducing mandatory ads at the end of each video, overriding creator preferences so we no longer have a choice about ad placement after videos. This was a way I was trying to help those who have not paid for KZbin premium to be able to fall asleep and not be woken up at the end of the video.
