SLEEPING IN A PHILIPPINES WET MARKET? Well it was more just making a statement about the cleanliness of this awesome market in Maramag Bukidnon!
Back in 2015 I took a photo to make a point. That photo, ended up having a really positive effect. On this day, I go back to Maramag and receive a special recognition from the local government. It also happened to be the launching of their new tourism slogan "Maanyag Maramag".
It was so great spending time revisiting the market, eating at an awesome local cafe, and checking out the Variety Show Celebration!
Just a positive vibes experience in Bukidnon, Mindanao. So great as well connecting with their tourism team! I'll be back to do some trekking soon!

Omg! Every municipality and even cities should learn from this. I haven't seen anything like this organized, very clean and shining floors, in a public market? The vibe is like a mall for me that is being well-maintained. No wonder why people who come visit and shop here find happiness and bring home along their "WOW" moments. This is absolutely surreal!

What an awesome day! I'd love to be able to hang with you on a day like this one. Maramag seems like a great place, and the people were the best! No matter where you went, whether the wet market, the dry market, out in the community, or at someplace to get something to eat, there was a warm welcome. Growing up in Metro Manila, I was a bit worried going to Mindanao for a project stint. However, living in CDO for almost 2 years, all the bad news from Mindanao to Manila changed to a positive vibes in a City of Friendship. We visited also Bukidnon during that time.
