LMAO at Lesie being the supportive wife while also simultaneously thinking you are crazy. 😂 Who are these "we" people that don't think temperatures in the 20s aren't cold? 🤔 Two years ago I got caught in a massive snowstorm in Pennsylvania near Penn State, there were no hotels so I had to go to a rest area and sleep in the back of my SUV and it wasn't bad, I folded the seats down, had heat in the third row, a household plug back there, pillows and whatnot and it was great.

I'm 5 10, slept (and worked) in my Model 3 for 3 nights when there was a major power outage in the middle of Texas summer, not too bad! A note that the black sheets have a fine thread and completely block out any light if you cover your face! Also, the Dreamcase is really quick to setup an on a floor instead of an air mattress (I've used it when I visited family), a bit on the expensive side, but a pretty good product for what it is.

I really think that this was a great video and illustrates how adaptable the Tesla Model 3 is...As you for sure are aware, Bjorn Nyland in Norway has documented his 'camping' sessions in his Tesla(s) as well as many other EV's many times. Even in the middle of winter in central and northern Norway at the Arctic Circle (!)...He has got it down to a science!

@@juandenz2008 it's flat other that a slight elevation because the seats don't fold to the same level as the trunk. The car wins vs a tent floor. If you normally use padding in a tent you will want some for the car too.

Would you do a video of packing it up please? We are getting our model 3 next week and plan to drive it to RV parks where we can sleep in it over night and charge it while we sleep. They have many cheaper alternatives to the dream case. While this one looks well worth it, I might want to try a more affordable alternative first.
