I'm not going for an unlit shader type anymore since the world works with changing daylight and shadows. So probably not but the current shader is a work in progress. I do agree though that it needs to be more toon like. It gets trickier with shadows and support for pitch darkness.

Yeah just to avoid it down the line. Also because the game didn't really have a name before. Shinobu is also going away later and turning into a card that the users will have to enable themselves (in preparation of custom character models).
