First time father with 2 week old, im doing the night shifts until 3am so mother can sleep. Baby has this cluster feeding thing from 11 until 2 am with reflux and colic. I havent slept for days. Im exhausted but trying my best. Shout to both mother and fathers doing this. Absolute warriors all of us. This shit is hard.

My baby is 8 days old, he’s a good boy, but gets fussy trying to stay asleep. These playlists give us a chance to rest. My wife had a very difficult labor and emergency c section, as a father and husband it’s my responsibility and honor to care for my family. For all the hardship, I wouldn’t trade these moments for the world.

Had my baby girl 3 days before you, did you struggle with baby blues and the constant feeling of being alone and not good enough to?? My fiance is always downstairs playing fifa or cod on your s playstation. It takes days of asking him to do something for me like wash the babies clothes and bedding after she's thrown up or soiled everywhere or to just maintain the house whilst I'm stuck up by my babies side all day long. So much so that I don't bother speaking and repeating myself now, I don't have the energy to keep speaking to not be heard. I hope you're having a better time than me and I hope you're right and we manage to come back and see how far we have come soon enough x

My husband introduce me to this video. He told me that the hospital had it playing over the speaker in the ( NICU - Newborn intensive care unit). when our son was there. I was in recovery from a c section. They had it playing in the background for all the babies to hear. The nurse told him; it helps the babies calm down and feel like they are in the womb again. I found it so beautiful. And so sweet. And now me and my baby are home thank you Lord Jesus Christ. My son is 9 weeks old and we play it every night. He falls asleep right away and so do we. It's so relaxing. Thank you for this video. It's been a blessing. And for all the mums and dads out there. You're doing a awesome job. Just remember your little one loves you so much. And thinks the world of you. I know when we are sleep deprived it can be hard.

My newborn is 16 days old. She's been very hard to soothe for about a week now. I tried making heartbeat noises a few days ago and noticed it calmed her down some, so tried again tonight and it worked a little, so I decided to look up a heartbeat video. My husband then showed me womb sounds on spotify so I looked them up on KZbin and found this. As soon as it started my baby's eyes looked like she was at home. She immediately drifted off to sleep. I have a two year old baby (well a baby to me lol) who refuses to sleep in her crib in her own room at nights, so she usually sleeps with me in my room. Problem is my room is at the other end of our apartment in the city and has traffic passing by constantly and sirens blaring at all hours so she can't sleep and in turn keeps me up trying to help her fall asleep. I've tried everything from rubbing her back while rocking her to singing lullaby's, and then i found this. I play it through my Ipad with a bluetooth speaker at night, and it's made a huge difference. Thanks for this, you've made this 23 yr old dad's life as a solo parent so much easier 👏🏻😊

Its normal baby wanna sleep only in hands or close to you it has been its whole life inside of you feeling your warmth hearing your sounds and heartbeat, and suddenly its out of you, in the cold big world, a baby can not protect itself, see it as a monkey, monkeys dont put their baby down, they feel unprotected and alone, they can not see annything, my girl i currently 4weeks and most of the time she spend very close on my body, hanging with a wraping cloth or carying bag, i do the dishes i cook i clea all with babygirl close to me close to my heartbeat and she sleeps instantly when she hangs there, (: the first months you CAN NOT spoil your baby, they cry for communication, in almost every other than the western culture they say: 9months in the belly, 9months ON the belly, i love this, and i feel that it makes her feel safe, this is what you want for your baby, To all new moms and all moms in general: its a journey its doubts its patient its questioning if your doing good but most of all its so much love, to give and to recive! FOLLOW YOUR INSTINCT bcs actually u know the answer and if ur heart says this is the way, than ur doing right! You don’t need much to care for a baby, the most you need is love and patient. My life is all about her now, and im loving every second of it!

I am a 16 year old mother, its 2:03am March 25th 2024, gave birth to my son at 1:54pm February 24th 2024..and he's never gotten this fussy i tried everything i could, fed him, burped him, changed him, soothed him, gave him skin to skin, dimmed my lights, turned off my phone, gave him my full attention, gave him his pacifier, massaged him, rocked him, changed his clothing(because i thought he might've been hot) laid him in his spot and i even let him cry a little to tired himself out and nothing changed, until i laid him on my chest where my heart is and put this video on behind his head, and it shook me because i didnt think it would work but i kind you not it did..being a parent in general young or not its really difficult, mother is 40 and still struggles to get my little brother to stop crying and before i gave birth i even tried to help her so i could get a head start but no matter how good you think you are at this and now matter how many children you have its really hard, the sleepless night, waking up just to making a bottle or even change a pamper, is exhausting but im doing everything i can because i did this to myself & i love my son with everything in me and im never going to give up .

Somehow accidentally played this when 4 week newborn with me who was awake and extremely anxious to sleep . Magically in a matter of 3 minutes, the baby settled first then in another 3 minutes into deep sleep . Honestly this is the best of best pacifying technique for a new born parent like me . As a dad, I highly recommend to when baby’s mom goes to sleep due to tiredness. This definitely works. I will continue to use to see how it goes . Well done to the uploader of this video . I was here reading all of these comments desperate for sleep with my newborn. He is now 10 weeks and somehow sleeps 7 hours straight at night time. I can honestly say this too shall pass. My little one is 9 weeks 🥹 he is sleeping longer spells 3 hours between feeds as opposed to 2 so I am grateful for that sometimes even 4 hours ❤.. Hope you are enjoying your nights sleeps ❤

I dont know how i found this video, after 5 months of different techniques to.make my baby to sleep, unsucessfully, this.helped him loads. I even slept during day with him during naps. Amazing. Thank you so much. Lots of love from a less frustrated and tired first time mummy

I am currently still in the hospital with my 2 day old baby girl. One of the nursery nurses reccomended that I play this for her. Within 5 minutes she was asleep! The best part? She STAYED asleep!! Thank you!!

Last year, my sister went into labor without even knowing she was pregnant, and my family and I never would have thought that our lives would change so drastically so fast!!! We never knew she was pregnant, although our mom had suspicions, and my sister had always hated the idea of having kids. Although, she’s an excellent and caring mother now!!!! I take care of my nephew mostly, while his mom works - given that I’m fresh out of high school - as his father has decided not to be in his life, and I cannot say how much my nephew has changed me, and my family altogether, but specifically causing me to step into the role of manhood I always aspired for as a young boy. So, all you dads out there listening to this, trying to get your baby to sleep, I hear you, and you’ve got this!! And if there’s anything to keep you going, just imagine how much of a man and fulfilled it will make you feel when your baby cries for you when you leave, or runs up to you, overjoyed, when you come through the door, or even when they do stuff like high-five or wave ; because I can tell you, all the sleepless nights and exhaustion is beyond worth it!! And also, when they’re old enough, try starting something just you and baby can do together; like putting your palms of your hands together and then locking into a hand hold for some affirmation, or just a high/five, or something you and baby can do to bond as they grow older. I used to stay up all night long the first 2-3 months of my nephew’s life so his mom could get some sleep. Don’t beat yourself up, dads, if you try everything and your baby just wants their mama, and likewise for you Mamas!! The road is long, bumpy and rough, but the view along the way is absolutely beautiful!!! Watching, in your case, your baby grow so fast from newborn, to 3 months, to 6 months, to a year and a half is such a joy! Such a joy that I cannot express how incredible it is to see that little baby turn into a real person; walking around, asking for things, asking questions. As child care-givers it’s our duty to enact all that we know best for the little ones, and also see such care-giving as an opportunity and further reasoning to expand our limits of knowledge and wisdom. You’re all doing great and God is watching over all of you, just ask Him to make you feel His delightful and joyful and righteous presence. Jesus loves His children, and if there’s anything I’ve learned from being the Uncle/Father-Figure to my nephew, it’s that Jesus loves us so dearly we cannot escape it. I’d encourage everyone to look at how you feel and think about your baby, looking out for them, loving them even if they throw up everywhere or break something - unconditionally, but also wanting them to recognize bad ways or habits, and reflect on how God looks at His children with such love, care and oversight, wanting only the best for us. Oh, is His heart so full and compassionate!! All He wants to do is look out for us, guide us and bless us, we just have to ask. Anyone out there who may have had a similar situation as me, be encourage and be blessed!! It gets better!! Perhaps not easier, but increasingly more manageable. Something that helped me is having the mindset of; not expecting to get sleep, and having an organized thought-process of all the viable reasons baby could be crying. God bless you all!! I love you, and Jesus loves you so much more!!! Praying for your little ones’ health and safety!!!!! Amen!!!!

My 3 month old has been a very fussy baby since birth who fights sleep and then gets overtired. This has worked like an absolute dream to get her to take naps. She has to be rocked along to the heartbeat too and have her head stroked like a little princess but it stops her having her overtired meltdowns 😍😅 Thank you for this audio!!

This is a lifesaver. My three week old settles so well to this. Like now, sat blearily on my exercise ball in the dark at 3am, the only light in the room from my phone screen. I think if I’m lucky, with another five minutes of this in my arms, he’ll let me put him down🤞😴... Trying not to drift off myself! 💤

So extremely thankful for this video, and seeing the comment that it was available on iTunes (in the 90 minute version). This always helps my daughter (now 3 months) fall asleep and we use it at night and during naps, and even in the car. So thankful that even when I don’t have service we will be able to play this for her so she can fall asleep peacefully! Thank you so much sleep-o-phant! ❤️
