to anyone watching this. If you are having trouble sleeping give it a shot. It increased my sleep quality i'd say by 70% . I woke up around 3 am again, but began to drift off to sleep MUCH faster than before. I woke up refreshed too. This blanket is QUALITY!!!!!

This is definitely a weighted blanket I would try, love the colors and open spaces it is great for a hot sleeper as myself.

Having owned a Hush Iced blanket, that I returned as it was too hot. This blanket would be a definite choice going forward. As for style and warmth. I would put it inside a quality bamboo duvet cover to ensure it lasts longer and don't have to wash it so often. As for warmth, in cooler months, simply have an additional light breathable blanket to add on as required.

Pleaseeee try the YnM Cooling Weighted Blanket with Bamboo Viscose Face- I am a hot sleeper... and this is my love. I literally have only been sleeping with this, and a fitted sheet all summer. It is the best thing in the whole entire world. Plus it's machine washable (if yours can handle it)

The Tree napper is one odd and very unique looking blanket. Even though this may be a nice option for someone looking for a weighted blanket this one isnt for me...i know my toes and fingers would get stuck in the open areas. Odd looking but if it works than it may be a great option for someone...just not me.

I like how stretchable and easy to care this tree napper weighted blanket is. Breathable and eco-friendly, it a win-win! I would pick the lavender one. I wish it was a bit more affordable but I am interested in their 15 pounds! Thank you for the review!

I love weighted blankets and the Bearaby looks fantastic. Though it is different in the open weave design. Being hand-knit, and breathable is definitely a plus. I like the hibiscus color the best. Ouch! It is a bit more expensive compared to other weighted blankets that I have seen.

I was so excited about this purchase. I got it over the holidays and by the time I had the chance to use it and figured out that your body does not adjust to the heat, they would not take it back. They say no hassle returns in 30 days but if you pass that by 1 day, they won't even consider helping you out. I even offered an exchange on another one of their products and they ignored that. They want you to give your body a chance to adjust but really they just don't want you to realize your time has run out on the return. The blanket makes you SOOO hot and even with the ties inside the sheets, it does not stay put. Do not waste your money on this.

This is the first weighted blanket that looks more like a true comforter than a weighted device. Love the fiber used and its eco-friendly material. A winner for weighted blankets!

I would like to have this blanket because I've only been using a comforter to cover me at night. A regular blanket is too light for me so this would be just right! It's also a plus since it's so breathable with the open weave

Love, love, love that it is made of plant based material! I have never tried a weighted blanket and this looks pretty but I think I would want one that is a little warmer than this and that would make me feel more covered up.

Have you compared this Tree Napper to the Classic Napper? Would like to get one or the other, please leave suggestions on the better pick.

Hey Chris - I've only tested the Tree Napper (and really enjoyed it), but I can tell you that the main difference between them in materials. The Classic is made from organic cotton, and the Tree Napper is made from Tencel. Tencel tends to be a bit cooler and better at wicking moisture so, if you're a hot sleeper, that might be the right way to go!

Hey HJ, I have not tested the Classic, no. But I can tell you (as a hot sleeper), that Tencel typically does a better job of wicking sweat and keeping your body cool as compared to cotton. So if temperature regulation is a priority for you, you might be better off with the Tree Napper!

Ste B I would say I noticed a change immediately. Before he would toss and turn a lot & wake up often. He sleeps more soundly which helps him be more rested in the daytime.

Interesting, being made of plant base material. Though I love the idea of 100 percent biodegradable, I would be leery of the material breaking down prematurely. I have a bad habit of washing my clothes warm, fast and drying on warm.

Love the idea of the open weave to allow for more breathability in weighted blankets. Also the fact they can be washed and dried on gentle is HUGE!
