This might be your most effective work thus far. It reliably causes what seems like hours of vivid dreams. The underlying melody reminds me of a slowed down version of joni Mitchell's song Woodstock. The chords are very digestible to the western musical sensibility, yet the unconventional time signature provokes a stream of consciousness trance. Bravo!

I love all the theta, more low pitched videos, but this is my absolute favorite!!! I have been listening to these videos when sleep has evaded me for a few years now. Ah wonderful as always Thank you Zac I just started working full time and it’s really stressful. Between work, my commute, sleep, eating, showering, and basic cleaning I feel like I hardly have any room to do anything else for myself like hobbies or errands. It’s been having me getting really worried. This helped to give me a super easy restful night - even if my roommates did leave an alarm on at 6 am and I’m the only one who woke up lol
