To add to the unnecessary love plot, I hate unnecessary sex scenes. They add nothing to the plot, they're unrealistic, and you really don't see much of anything. Just a pan to the side during night, then morning comes and they're sound asleep, blanket covering up everything and hair looks completely the same.

The only movie with a sex scene that isn't wildly out of place is The Terminator. Sure, they could've just implied the sex instead of showing it in awkward slo-mo detail, but them banging is actually integral to the plot of the entire franchise, unlike _literally every other sex scene in cinematic history._

@@bruhbbawallace my dad showed me the Terminator when I was like 11 and the at some point he's like "imma go to the bathroom" and left me alone with the sex scene and got back right after it ended. I think he did it on purpose so it wouldn't be awkward but it's still funny to me. And then I immediately watched Terminator 2 and it kicked ASS and is still my favorite movie, but that's way beside the point.

When you reach that point where the hero "dies" in the story and it's a fake out so they can ave a happy ending. I see those coming a mile away and it never gets better. I want for ONCE for the hero, or important supporting cast, to end up permanently damaged or maimed in some way. THAT would make me care, at least a little.

interesting idea: horror or disaster is filmed from the view of a nurse or doctor in a hospital that DOES NOT GET INVOLVED IN THE DISASTER except for taking in the large amount of patients. No "Aaaah we gotta escape!", the whole premise is the horrible shit of so many injured people being brought to this hospital

Interesting idea though, if they're gonna do it, make the focus on the actual doctor work. Like, "how the fuck do we deal with plasma burns on flesh??"

In the case of Spider-Man 3 Sam Raimi didn't know that much about Venom and he didn't want him originally the movie was originally going to be about the Sandman but Sony just gave him this pre-made script with Venom in it and Raini hated it and I think around the time when they're making Spider-Man 3 he was planning on making a fourth one but they gave away the rights and that's how the Andrew Garfield Spider-Man happened

I hate when people complain about cliches ruining something or they will say they enjoy something because of the cliche/genre/generic buzzword/NAMED CREATOR Like it's none of that, it's the way the thing was made that made it good/bad. People don't fucking understand how it was made though and will try and sound smart by applying some bullshit to what they think is good. It just rustles me so much because EVERYONE DOES THAT, even I will admit catching myself doing that shit Just fucking stop it. Like I swear to Christ, if I go and watch another horror video and see "wow there was no jumpscares, that's why this was good" I'm going to fucking make IRL a God damn horror movie.
