If I had an infinite budget, id hire tens of thousands of professional artists to make a 2D animated movie, each one only draws like 5 frames of detailed art so an animation can look as good as beautiful 2d art you see on deviantart or Twitter.

i would invest it correctly, give some to family and friends, give some to qualified charities, spend money in a way that wouldn't affect inflation and then for me i would probably buy a really nice house and deck it out with good security, awesome games, awesome butlers, awesome food, and have my friends live in it with me and we would go and do crazy things and film ourselves and become professional memers on the internat.
