Choosing an optional is something that the student should do after due consideration of his/her interest, subject matter available and how comfortable one is reading the same. So after watching the videos try to read a couple of material or just newspaper and see the kind of perspective you are tilting towards. And then decide your optional. Prep can only start once that decision has been made
