If your needing one last assist or goal in HUT moments and your ahead, pull the goalie until your team is one goal up and the other team will pull theirs in the final minutes. Makes getting a point or assist with your player way easier. That four assist one was hell.

HUGE TIP for moments: Any position lock moment you can tun off before starting the game. Simply click the right analog stick in the ready screen and hit clear position lock! (Not sure if anyone has said this yet)

I actually found the position lock to be easier. You can just wait til your team gets possession then call for the puck and skate around everyone easily and score

It is. I was paying attention while doing moments. The only thing that changes between difficulties is the effect of ai hits on players and ability to stick on the player while moving. Everything else is uniform

A tip I’d add is don’t do any overall upgrade sets yet. WAIT until the fantasy hockey event as in the past you’d be able to get them at their starting overall. It’s a long shot but you miss all the shots you don’t take 🤷🏻‍♂️

Noticed a couple things, to replay hut moments it brings you right out to the screen to change your lines again. in 24 you could just replay the moment to complete the objectives more efficiently. They also removed the "X" or "y" objective rewards when finishing any game. Did this a lot in 24 as it was a huge quality of life adjustment! I hope they fix these small quality of life things I've mentioned.

Been trying to understand the hut market and I think there’s a ton of coins to be made if u grind this week and spend 3k coins on each 80+. For 5 80+s u can get 5 xfactor or icon tokens. Which are basically the new power up tokens. My thought process is so u are telling me for 15k I can get 5 tokens there is no way the market can’t go up with how hard it is to pack 80+s. Sleeves need your thoughts

The new rewards structure makes hut extremely hard for anyone playing in aus without spending massive amounts of money on the game. We can really only play single player due to server locations and massive lag now with the reward structure the grind is extremely difficult. As a no money spent player it was hard enough now they have made it so that unless you live in Europe or North America it’s not worth playing unless you want to drop massive amounts of money into it. I love hockey and the game but there really should be a disclaimer on this game that not all game modes are playable in all regions.

untradeable players litter the packs and players. They expect the economy to make sense in game when half the cards are non/tradeable, cant use them in sets. Also i see that this game is supposed to be NEXT GEN, yet the pack animation is literaly the same as NHL 20 hahahaha

I ripped some packs and got some 84's and 83's. I put them in the 80-81 set to see how much they would sell on the AH. Only the Draisaitl showed up in the set but the set said 4/4. I sold him. Now the set says 3/4 but no cards show up in the set. The cards are "there" because when I add another card it says set complete and I can actually make the set. I reloaded the game a bunch of times and it still say 3/4 with no visable cards. I even uninstall/reinstalled the game and it's still broken. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a fix for it or is this EA being EA...
