because UNFC is not a public university in Canada, its a private University, most of the list in OINP are public universities

Its different for everyone. Yes Ontario is more difficult for PR in general, but it depends on your case and what immigration pathways you go through.

Yes, that’s the downside of this university. You will need to move after grad, so if you want to settle in let say in AB, and you can get accepted in one of the universities in AB, then consider that instead.

BC has a rule that new schools do not get to give PGWPs for the next two years. But Ontario does not have that rule.
