Hi Everyone!!
All of us have a lots of old dupattas, old scarves and old stoles lying around which are not useful anymore but these are usually so pretty that we dont want to throw these away.
So in this video, I am going to show you how you can reuse your old dupattas or scarves and convert these into stylish and trendy DIY shrugs.
I am going to show you how to make 2 types of shrugs from old dupattas. These two types are:
1. Long, flowy, waterfall shrug
2. Circular, high-low shrug
Both these diy shrugs are long shrugs and these will look very trendy when worn over Jeans-T-shirt or Jeans-shorts or a dress or a kurti or even an Anarkali Kurti.
At the same time, these shrugs are very easy to make and can be literally made in 2 minutes at home.
You can wear these shrugs as it is or you can even wear a belt over these.

I agree! You explained this just like my grandmother would've, very simple & thorough! I would've ran from that satin fabric, tho! I find satin and silk very intimidating and wouldn't choose it for myself to make a garment. I'm not very experienced but have always wanted to sew and make my own clothes; just never got past the point of purchasing a sewing machine in an antique cabinet. 😔 I'm ready to begin tho and I think you're the lady that's going to teach me.
