Listening to this now instant flashbacks as a teen in Oceanside tower number 9, 14 years old hanging out at a party drinking my first 40, kissed this 18 year old chick that night(told her I was 16) dangling our feet off the pier at sunrise, she drove me back to little indio trailer park next to the tracks, she had a sweet convertible vw Jetta this song came on and I felt like a man overnight.. When she dropped me off, the other boys in the trailer park (I was staying in one with 5 other guys, in one trailer) pure kook shack, all treated me like a little prince, and she basically walked me to the door, she did a twirl, pecked me again on the lips, and gave me her MySpace and phone number, and walked away in those short Jean shorts unbuttoned in the front, and that white bikini top… never forget… Went and partied that same night and forgot all about her because I met another girl closer to my age, This song triggered that moment when the sun hit different in that VW Jetta
