It's been quite a while since i played it, but as i remember, bosses' levels raises as you progress through game (or maybe it was the ingame timer), and at the final level they all have these crazy healthbars, so taking them out without their weaknesses is quite a challenge.

Cool 80s Remix of Quick Man's Stage Theme Song this has. First you start on a Platform, then go way down to a Course with Spikes and Enemies. If you know this, its like a Layout of the Spike Part of Bubble Man's Stage. There is a Power up from the Pit to the Mandatory Boss Rush Room, you can get that first. There are Ropes you can use in this one. When you're Finished, a Teleporting Hatch will appear on the Platform in between to take you to the Next Stage.

I like the idea actually. It shows a growth in the Mavericks. I wished they had 1-2 new attacks to show higher difficulty with all your abilities, like the kingdom hearts data battles

Sliider Your commentary is spot on, I have never really understood why they changed the Mavericks names over and over again. It's just like those crazy Mega Man US covers. And to name them after Guns&Roses, well, that's just silly, but you must know the reason is the staff (I don't know if it's the Japanese or American staff) like GunsRoses. I don't care too much about that, since the soundtrack also has the real names of the Maverick.

Long time no see there Sliider! heh I see as usual you are making great Mega Man stuff! nice job on the boss rush! you had a close call on Izzyglow he could have possibly ruined the no damage run if he had become solid during the teleport he did where you were touching him while doing an air dash.

well hey there. great to hear from you again, its been a while bro. and thanks for the kind words- "great mm stuff!" and yeah if he would have materialized a millisecond earlier from his teleport at 8:19, he wouldve got me...a bit of luck there for sure. one thing i can say about X5 is that the hit detection can be rather forgiving sometimes. but trust me, i had more than a few fail runs at this boss rush, and this would have been just one more attempt i guess ;)

It's bad enough the bosses are fairly tricky to difficult but with LONG HEALTH BARS?! It took me a long time to actually perfect run this stage (not counting Sigma who's also difficult on his own) and ... I almost broke my back XD Thankfully I love X5's Soundtrack. I'll give it that.

Sliider36 I like X4's soundtrack too. But the boss rush here is difficult for all the wrong reasons. To be more specific THE GIANT HEALTH BARS. It took me almost a day trying to beat the boss rush no damage buster only including Sigma who's also hard.

X4 is my favorite from the entire X series...so far. with that said, and to be fair, i have to admit i havent played X7 or X8 yet. Im currently running X6 atm, then we'll see. I do know this- X8 is said to be much better than X7...thats my understanding so far. also, how are the soundtracks to X7 and X8 btw? any good?
