When I was little I used to play a bus game with my sisters where I had to drive them around the house and arrive on time to pick them up or drop them off. Since then I have always appreciated the efforts of drivers, cab or bus.

The rules haven't changed. As a "kid", I can confirm that none of us care whether we are sitting or standing. I certainly dont want or expect you to give up your seat. Its first come first serve. Youth-bashing is toxic. Stop judging us all with your narrowminded bias and perhaps we might reciprocate with some respect

Have to say, I found this to be a wasted opportunity. He came across and angry and bitter, never a good approach for getting people to laugh. I thought it was a real shame, there is no point in a performance just repeatedly saying in differing ways that young people used to be more respectful than they are now - your audience is likely to largely be young adults, how I they meant to take that telling off.
