Well done and not drinking hun. That’s my downfall. I love chocolate weetabix. Want to try the golden syrup one next. I don’t think I’ve tried aubergine 🍆 before. Aldi used to be cheap. I thought Asda used to be, but the prices have shot up. I do love ❤️ sweet potatoes. You’ve reminded me I need to pick some on. I was going to ask you Gemma, do you track with slimming world and still count calories? Because I’ve done both, I land up always counting cals and the syns etc. it’s quite time consuming 😂 The pizzas are so high in syns for the size. I always have them in as they’re handy for kids. Xxxx

You are looking good Gemma & you look happy. Have seen many dieters who have that sorry look on their face, they look grey and gaunt. Almost how you'd look before having to drink a glass of sour milk. You must have the balance right with eating the right food, good for you & enjoying it. Is your husband on the plan also? How's the wee dog doing?
