Hope your both well .!its been busy few days as I've been stripping wallpaper off taking the skirting boards off & the carpet up as some work renovation work on that room & the bathroom is gonna be renovated soon to so I'm preparing them ready doing some of the work to save time & money & keeping an eye on .....my hubby as he had some .minor surgery' done last week some lumps removed .tomorrow we are at our surgery having his stitches removed .so been busy .hope all is OK with you both .& hoping your week is going OK too .take care 💕🫂 to you both xx 🐶

That all looked lovely you can't beat a warming casserole when it is this cold. Piper Roo much better today. We are not sure what is going on but plan to keep a close eye on him....at least it is now during week and our Vet only 5 minutes away if we need advise. You and Boris take care 🥰💜x

@algeekyslimmer1149 Hi Alan, I've had a couple of good days. Lost 2 pounds last week so was pleased. Didn't go to group tonight came back late from hospital appointment. Fingers crossed 🤞 I can continue to have good days. Hope you are OK. Xx😘💖

Hi alan its hubby birthday today hes not good hsakth wise 76 hws just had a Chinese with our son yorjy indie dropped at 5 this morning she just gone home bless her shes 15 tomorrow bless her still like a puppy but tired ar night now shes loveiy Back again 5 in morning
