Whether she is removed at the end of her contract or she resigns/is fired before then, who is ever going to want to work with her again? Yes she can start her own company but she will need investors, song writers, producers, photographers, staff etc. Would any of the professionals she would need trust her? Would trainees succeed under her? I guarantee anyone ever working with her would never be able to ever work under Hybe and I would bet it's the same for the Big 3.

Initially, i supported them as little sister of BTS, but I guess not anymore, as MHJ seem to think they are better than them. Recently, in one of the Korean music programs, a member of Le Sserafim was MC-ing and was about to make a closing comment. Just as she started to talk, Danielle from New Jeans cut her off mid-sentense, to praise MHJ and say how much they loved her. Talking about being classless and rude. Really felt bad for the Le Sserafim girl. The New Jeans girls are no longer helpless victims of this saga in m book. They are now active participants eversince they and their parents decided to get themselvws involved and deceive the court and public.

As a viewer of this feud, I think MHJ thinks she got the upper hand since she won the injunction granted by the court. However, HYBE would not just sit and watch her to do more damage since she has already did one during her press con and some people have sided due to her manipulation. I could say, that this is the biggest crisis that HYBE has faced since BTS went in Military service as of the moment. Some of the people who watch her interviews realized that she's really good in manipulating and twisting her statements, so that people would still understand her. I hope that HYBE could find a solution to end her yapping and stuff.

That doesn't mean she's innocent. Also I cringed so bad, when Danielle thanked Min Hee Jin during her acceptance of the music show award. Like that's basically openly taking a side. Before that, everything about what the girls were saying were rumours. The girls are so young, it's easy to manipulate them. But as this case is ongoing, they should wait to hear the final decision that happens because otherwise they'll jeopardize their career. If I were Bang PD, i would have her 3 new Board members sit down with MHJ in a closed door session, replay the full KBS interview, and outline...step by step...the company policies to address each of her talking points and how the policies will be ENFORCED to make the working conditions acceptable "for both sides". I would have MHJ repeat back her understanding of each policy and obtain her verbal agreement to follow each one. Any one she refuses to follow would be explained to her as cause for dismissal from the company. I would have everything in writing for MHJ to sign. Her refusal to sign would be documented as cause for dismissal from the company. I would give her clear guidance on any further media interaction. Any violation of the media guidelines would be documented as cause for her dismissal. I would unburden MHJ of her kryptonite and make every "misunderstanding" that still "concerns" her as clear as possible.. In America, we call the session an "employee performance improvement" review. Since MHJ uses uncertainty to her advantage, it's time to to make things absolutely certain for her while she's still working at HYBE. The KBS interview can help HYBE provide clarity to her since she enjoys a lack of clarity. HYBE's shareholders would expect nothing less.

When MHJ says others are copying her concept I am at a loss to see that there is anything there to copy. I think this article from Boracity explains the problem I have with current K-pop groups: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gXKbgopqj62aps0 I don't think that performers need to write their own music but they should be exploring themes in their music. What is art if it doesn't have anything to say? I used to like some 1st and 2nd generation k-pop groups but currently, other than BTS ,there aren't any that I listen too regularly. I don't see any real concepts in their music, it's all image and flash, the ideas are very superficial and disjointed. Even JK's highly commercial solo album had a concept that he could articulate.

Will you consider BTOB, ONF, Stray Kids, and ATEEZ? They have their own unique songs (most of them compose their own songs) that represent their concept. Their songs are different from Hybe. Of course, Hybe's Seventeen is another underrated talented boys group that international audiences rarely mention about them. Their work is as high quality as BTS.

Now her argument on this whole 'for artistry' and thereby K-public going like Hybe is killing artistry straight up felt hypocritical to me. The other artists in HYBE? not sure. But in BTS's case, their success is the literal definition of the power of artistry. From day 1 that is what hit different about them compared to the vast majority of stars in the world. That mixed with K-pop typicals, like dance music, extravagant stages, conceptualization, fandom curation, etc. exactly like Min herself says is a tough balance to create. This is why BTS is an ANOMALY in the industry. The funny thing is she and her supporters contradict themself when saying they want all kinds of systemized infrastructure, technology, privileges, etc. (which we all know HYBE gave to ADOR more than it did to anyone else!) but say it is for the valuing of artistry. What BS. Artistry first comes from the artist itself. Sure the artist can begin with a lack of knowledge and can follow the lead of existing professionals but that too is a decision made. Not vice versa where all these girls decide is to be an idol and then one maniac of a CEO on top makes and takes all credit for the work (ironically what she makes isn't even her own artistic ability but also a copy). That is exactly what makes KPOP a FACTORY. The fact that idols are just a dolled up puppet of some upper hands wickedly planned and curated 'art'. If she really cared about artistry, she would make sure her girls were capable of finding their own artistic prowess.

her idea moving forward is to pressure hybe into abandon NJ stop promoting them and stuff like that so they can claim hybe is sabbotaging them. and we see it already now that many army has stopped streaming nj songs and many have turned against them their fans only thinks its hybe´s work.. instead of looking at mhj who started all of this. even if you are not a stan of any of the groups but only a casual listener you might have heard all of this drama and thought okay i am not gonna listen to that group. also many shareholders of Hybe is there because of BTS not NJ so they want to protect their livelyhood by not streaming the group who causes problems. but for mhj this is perfect because she want hybe to let go of NJ making their contract less expensive to break. and then after hybe sells ador she will come and buy the shares from the unknown buyer and then use all the money she got from investors to really boost nj again.. i can see that happen miles away. but i hope Hybe wont fall for it.

At this point, if people watch her interviews, it's best to keep your eyes away from her and just listen to what she says and actually see the consistencies or inconsistencies with the evidence shown. I don't care if she appears in a cardboard box to show people that we can relate with her struggles. Stick to the facts lady! Facts don't care about your feelings or shadiness!

I think she know that she lost the game,but as long she is not really out of the game and people are still interested in watching her smear campaign,she will put as much damage as possible on Hybe and Hope for the best for herself
