The problem with Min is that she viewed all of Hybe and their talent as lesser opponents from the beginning. She initiated her aggressive manipulative plan to buy Ador for pennies on the dollar, by implementing her smear campaign of leaking confidential, personal & medical info to defame and assassinate the other Hybe group members and their families. This in order to sabotage their debuts and comebacks. Also raided members of Source music's talent pool. She's acted as a greedy lone wolf, constantly demanding more and more, to get a quick payout at everyone else's expense. She never viewed others at Hybe as collaborators, cooperatives or career family, only as a resource to be utilized for her personal benefit. Not a team player, she gives off Shark/Boss vibes. One who uses Wolf Warrior and textbook propaganda tactics. She hypocritically claims Y2K concepts as hers originally and exclusively. This is nonsense. She misappropriated and misidentified a mashup of American 80s, 90s, early 2000s Hip Hop, Neo Soul, and Pop music, fashion, dance,choreo, style and culture. Musicologists and Culture critics and analysts know this as well as audiences of those times. She has no legal claim to so called Y2K, no copyright nor patent. Hybe and others need to firmly clarify this with her. I understand that she's used Japanese JPop elements also without acknowledgement. She is only good at branding and propaganda. Effectively creating false narratives and imaging to suit her personal agenda.

Min Heejin was thriving in S/M in the years when they were most corrupt; slave contracts, giving idols $50 to survive on for a month, every comeback put them in more debt, did not protect idols, sabotaged idols, the most suicides of all labels, embezzled money, treated Ch1nese members horribly, cause members to fight so that one quits in the first or second year. Traffic accidents with idols almost every weekend. An extreme schedule and not having rested drivers. Some end up dead. A lot changed because of the few that took S/M and other labels to court. I can't help, but feel sorry for Bang PD. Something tells me he had high high hopes Min Hee Jin would be Kpop's top female business wunderkind under his mentorship. Yes, BPD wanted HYBE to make money and hired MHJ to get a very targted job done. BPD probably assumed MHJ's SM Entertainment work experience would help her leapfrog her HYBE peers to become the next BPD of the global music industry. But something went really wrong with MHJ and BPD was left trying to save his original vision for her career. And no matter what BPD did to try work with MHJ, it just became a bigger and bigger disaster to the point where BPD had to save his companies. What a personal disappointment and public mess for BPD. This story could've been so very different if MHJ had been just happy to have someone like BPD mentor her. The money would've come to her if she had just been patient and learned from BPD. She didn't have to do anything illegal or untoward. She was on her way to becoming a legend in the industry. What a terrible shame that she blew this incredible golden opportunity. PS. I bet the other music companies in the world are looking at MHJ and thinking there is no way they will hire her. She is very dangerous even if she is creatively brilliant. MHJ is just at the beginning of going through very dark days in her life.

Her giving confidential/Hybe info to 3rd party investors is insider trading. Insider trading can land you in jail for a very long time. When you get shares of stock from the company you work for is handled differently from stock you purchase from the stock exchange. When you get stock from the company you work for, to get the full value you have to wait a set number of years until it’s fully vested. (example: The companies I have worked for, the stock wasn’t fully vested until you had been with the company for 7 years.) Only fully vested stocks can be sold at full value. Stock shares not fully vested are valued at the value they were at when they were issued to you. All shares have to be sold back to the company. This is required to prevent hostile takeovers and ensure no insider trading occurs. The reason companies have the non compete clauses in their contracts for ex employees that hold shares of stocks is because that is considered conflict of interest and to prevent insider trading.

I personally think NJ needs to be humbled. I think they need to go and work their way up in the same conditions BTS did. No one really knows them in usa,they didn't establish a name for themselves there...black pink did it but still never reached bts level. In Korea every cb is about x and Y beauty and how stunning they looked.....but since attention or hype boy most of the gp didn't care much about the other releases at all. Gg keep hitting melon chart but most of their releases are a tiktok moment,and soon forgotten,no real longevity or impact....dalla dalla for itzy, next level for aespa, eleven for ive, hype boy for nj, magnetic for illit......all in all the beauty standard of those groups was more discussed than their actual talent or quality of music. I have said before I don’t trust Bang Pd or HYBE, but I sure don’t like what she is trying to do to HYBE, that much money would bankrupt HYBE, I think LSM & MHJ have joined together to get back at Bang Pd. 😂 the biggest thing about all of this and more is how BTS keeps getting thrown under the bus from all sides, they can’t even do anything while serving their conscription, and of course most likely EXO fans have petitioned to have old accusations brought up again & wants the government to take back their cultural merit award if the investigation that was from 2017 is confirmed true about sajaegi from 2015, really ? and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism ordered an investigation into it, like doesn’t the government have enough to worry about with Yoon losing the parliamentary elections and the whole debacle with the doctors walk out?! It's been debunk by 2 different South Korean Journalists. It was started by a very new X(twitter) account and a badly reported fact that some hater entered a petition onto the Government website for Korean people. Who's to say there is not some grand plan behind the scenes worked out between them and her beforehand? MHJ meant that BTS's debut concept, and even subsequent ones, were copied from SM group "Exo", which debuted in 2012 and is still active, so it still has a very active fandom, the exol. In those years MHJ worked at SM as creative director, also of Exo. I think exols cordially hate BTS.

If you think about it, Bang Pd and BTS built that company from the ground up and I would like to think that even though they are very successful now, their core values and beliefs are still there. It is very evident, just look at BTS then and now. Anybody in their right mind would ask Why would they want to f*ck it up after all these years with so much at stake? Would be very interesting to see for the upcoming days when Hybe will take her to court. Be good if they would apply the no settlement or offer no leniency to her. She created a big mess if this was all a joke like she said. Makes me believe she is using her "feminine wiles" to her utmost advantage.
