Honestly, there probably isn't a single idol in Korea that doesn't know the truth. New Jeans are totally replaceable. There are hundreds of girls who could be trained to do what they do. They are too young to actually have powerful personal charisma, or developed an individual color as singers. they haven't been musicians nearly long enough. If you get lucky and you work hard, yes you can develop personal talent to the point where you are irreplaceable. We all know who those people are, and even they sometimes get removed from the industry. I can't imagine who would want to work with any of these people. They’re doing everything strategically as it all helps their case when they go to court. It shows Hybe is trying to negotiate and meet her somewhere in the middle. Her contract is upper management level and usually these types always end up in court and that process is a slow and long one. This feels worse because the foghorn that mhj is, is constantly media playing so that it helps her in court by acting the victim. If you look at the forest and not the trees, you see that she tried to renegotiate her contract after only 2 years into her 5 year contract. Most negotiate in the last year, so it shows mhj got greedy. She didn’t cooperate with the audit, her plan to takeover was discovered and she is still trying to get back into her job while going on media networks maligning the company she works for. That’s plenty for Hybe lawyers to bring up in court and it also explains why mhj is doing the ’I’m a victim’ tour all the time. We should also remember she is being sued by the other labels and the sexually harassed employee and Hybe filed a breach of trust case which is still ongoing not to mention the police investigation of mhj. Sadly for us, we’ll have to put up with MHJ’s chaos until the courts decide and until then, we should keep the overall perspective in mind and not get bogged down in the latest shenanigans created by MHJ. I for one am enjoying the show of the headless MHJ running around trying to save her career/reputation. Her manipulation is so obvious to see. She has a pattern, first one of her acolytes will go to the media to bad mouth Hybe, then the divas come out with their pity party and demands and then there is MHJ doing statements and interviews. She did it with the dolphiner CEO and hostage video and now (low and behold) on the date for the divas demand another acolyte (the journalist) does a hack job against Hybe, the divas come out and, you guessed it MHJ is out all over media. To be honest Korea needs to thank hybe for the amount of revenue they bring in to the country and for the incredible amount of global interest that was stirred up through BTS. Kpop was almost never heard in the states except for Psy and a rare song from other groups. Since BTS began interest has exploded causing people to not only look for kpop music but now travel to Korea to learn more about it and it’s idols. Tourism has greatly increased thanks to hybe groups yet the country continually looks down on them.

Hybe has been planning to separate management and production for some time, and already did this with the new ceo of Ador, who's in charge of Ador but has no hand in producing for the artists. So it wouldn't make sense for MHJ to be both ceo of Ador and creative director/ptoducer of NJ at the same time. It's such a good move as well because there is a history of CEOs talking credit for the artists' achievements and abusing their power over them, making it seem like they owe everything to this one person (lee so man, YG, jyp and to some extent bang pd)
