I still get Moist Eyes when I remember that they, along with lots of Great Entertainers, Sang from their Hearts, just for us, the Fans. Eddie Cochran, Ritchie's Good Friend, was also up there in the Greatness Area..

Next time please visit my city of Glasgow! One day I will visit Lubbock to get my picture with the Buddy Holly statue. When I was at the 50th Anniversary Tribute Concert I met a lady who saw the show in 1959 who said there was a large Hispanic community and most of the audience were there to see Richie Valens not Buddy Holly! Thanks you for your comments about us Scots. I have travelled in Spain and Spanish speaking countries for many years and tried to learn some Spanish along the way. Best wishes Alan
