I have made 3 of these now including a mini one. Love this pattern! It’s very basic and lets your imagination flow. I’ve added internal cell phone pockets, zipper pockets, slip pockets, side pockets, etc.

Thanks for tutorial. Still prefer when the lining is properly done separately from outer fabric. Also that way cuts down on more tools you need for the way you did it and binding material too. That's just personal point of view.

You never said how long the bottom webbing should be. you said about 20in for the top but what about the bottom?

Do a video on DIY camera bag. You'll have to add protective foam/sponge between every part, use a velcro compatible lining or sew some velcro sheets and strips on the inside. Make dividers which are also filled with EPE foam or some other protective sponge. And if you want your camera to be absolutely safe, add some hard sheets (flexible cardboard or plastic sheets) on the outer lining so your camera stays protected from drops, hard floors or asphalt and so on...
