Man that seems complex. I guess that's the rotax. I've been flying a lycoming with constant speed prop and foot brakes.

Why cant they have one switch do all that?

Do all what? The 2 ECU lanes need their own separate switches in case one starts to act weird and the computer doesn't automatically kick it out. The 2 different fuel pumps need their own separate switches because you don't run the Aux in cruise except in cases of the loss of the main. Each light needs its own switch because you don't want to blind other planes on the ground or yourself in IMC. The ECU backup needs its own separate switch because it's only used for start and in case alternators are malfunctioning. The prop needs its own separate switch to control the pitch control motor in case of auto mode/speed sensor failure. Clearly you can't just have one switch for everything. Take some flight lessons, and you'll understand.
