These gas tanks on the SU-85 (as on other Soviet tanks with the same chassis) they are "hiking". They were used only on long journeys. Before the battle, they are removed or drained into the main protected tank.

I wish there was a wave 11 with an advanced rulebook that had rules for range, facing, rotation counting as movement..... etc. I love the rules as they are, but it would be cool to have some more "realistic" rules injected into the game.

On a larger play area I would see it, but on a 3x3 the range is too close to see real impact to shooting.

Question: do you need to equip the RNG strikes again card on a tank in order to use it? Or is there some special rule where you can use it without equipping it on a tank?

You equip it to a tank, but it is used on any roll or tank roll.
