The Millitary Industrial complex uses "War" to steal inventions from others and then with Money and Millitary build an Monopoly around it. Do you get it ? Just because there "was" War when people invented Stuff its not the achievement of "War". Its still people. And these people would achive good without war. People would still die on Cancer bla bla bla accidents will happen machines need to be better without war (more people need more energy) You last sentence just shows that you already have an mady up pinion of me :D "Get over it" :D I just dont approve that point. We could have flying cars now, we just aren't ready for them. We can barely deal with the ones on the ground. Now I'm not going to be one of those statistics nerds, but trust me when I say there are a retarded amount of car accidents the world over on a daily basis. Plus, I for one would rather have engine failure or depleted fuel on the ground with friction and mechanical brakes than up in the air with hardly any friction and a braking system almost certainly based upon either the engine, which has now stopped working, or on unpredictable parachutes.

@NUSensei5 жыл бұрын
@@wsamurai665 The opposite side is only used in modern Mongolian target shooting, which is a departure from traditional Mongolian style. The thumb draw is also widely known as the "Mongolian draw", though this comes from older sources and perspectives as the Mongols were best known to use it, just as the "Mediterranean draw" wasn't just used in the Mediterranean. We've come to call these finger and thumb draws to detach from these specific sources.

If Genghis had this. He would have conquered a little bit more than what he originally did.
@wingsofwrath46475 жыл бұрын
He did have it. The Chinese had repeating crossbows since the 3rd Century AD. It's just that the Mongols saw no use in them, because they were superb archers and crossbows are most useful with people that aren't very good archers to begin with. Same reason why the crossbow was widespread on the continent, but the English used their longbows - once you become proficient in archery, you can actually shoot faster than with any mechanical aids, but it takes a lifetime of practice to become good enough. However, any random soldier can become good enough with a crossbow with only a fraction of that training, so it definitely made sense to equip your army with crossbows if you have to rely on conscripts (sorry, "levies") or other poor quality personnel because you didn't have access to well trained archers.

@War Zone It is not true. The Huns were a complete analogue of the Mongols, and captured almost the entire territory of Germany. Magyar nomads reached Spain. Avars created a state in Pannonia. Mongols stopped the conquest, because the descendants of Genghis Khan began to divide the empire and they had other concerns.
