Ikr? I bought a slingshot from this guy and even after half a year i have trouble hitting relatively large targets at 8-15 meters. Targets of the size of an A5 piece a paper on 8 meters or A4 on 15 meters. And i cant even handle 2 bands a side, cant reach the max potential with 2. Doing 10 shots with a single layer is already taking a noticeable toll on me...

Price doesn't necessarily equal power. You can make a lethal purpose hunting weapon like a crossbow or a primitive gun for under 30$ that will kill even dangerous game. Or a 150$ gun that will kill a charging grizzly. Or you can make a 2000$ plinker that will be sub quarter MOA accurate but only produces 10 joules. Etc.

Hello, I bought this Fas 6004 air pistol for target shooting, but at a distance of m. 7.5 the lead cannot pierce the cardboard. It is too little powerful, it is necessary to raise the rear sight so that the lead reaches the target with a slight falling parabola. As a result, accuracy is also lost. Is this normal or is there some defect? Because at a distance of 10 metres, the lead should arrive straight and pierce the cardboard well.

Hey joerg! I’ve been subscribed since your slingshot vs helmet video, so probably like 8 years I think lol. I love all your stuff so this is a constructive criticism from a long time community member. Recently I’ve almost completely stopped watching, not because I don’t want to, and not because of sponsored videos or anything like that but because my interest in each video isn’t there. For me I always knew what format to expect when a new video came up from you, I knew it was always have the slingshot channel theme, I knew it would always be something crazy being shot or launched, I knew you would always say “thanks and bye bye”, and I always knew I’d be interested even if the title didn’t imply I would be. Now change is great! If you love what you’re doing and making videos about that’s awesome! That’s what matters, and if the slingshot channel theme music isn’t something you want to put in that’s totally fine! Change is good. But in recent videos it seems like you’re struggling more than you should be, monetizing, ideas, and enthusiasm, so I get the gist that you aren’t loving what you’re putting out anymore. As a lover of this channel and long time fan I can honestly say I don’t love it either. Please don’t take this the wrong way this comes with love but even if it’s more work... even if it takes longer between uploads, even if some get demonetized, I think it would be better if you made launchers that shot crazy things again, giant things like the toilet bowl cleaner again, or like the Oreo shooter again, there are hundreds of things you can launch and fire out! What I loved about your videos was you made the most crazy contraptions that had a shock value when scrolling in the KZbin feed. Then you always finished with a beautiful hand carved slingshot at the end, if my opinion as a lover of you and this channel means anything, I’d enjoy it if you went back to your roos and started making crazy contraptions in a new way! Your channel isn’t dead, but it is dying, and I don’t want to see it die. So my suggestion would be to go back to making crazy stuff, sponsors will get more views, you’ll get more views and you’ll have more of a shock value on the KZbin feed! For Christ sake shoot a trump bobble head out of a cannon, or make a launcher that fires wigs out of a cannon onto your head, or a launcher that shoots meat onto a piece of bread to make a sandwich, or something crazy! Because my interest any others interest has faded.

It's an Olympic target pistol grip. It helps reduce pulling the gun off target when flexing the trigger finger to fire the gun. It does this by bunching the support fingers together, so that they move less when the trigger finger moves. There is no trigger on a sling. It's still a good grip but bunching your fingers together doesn't do anything on a sling. EDIT: On the other hand, it increases the contact area with the hand, so yes, it should help steady the shot somewhat. Many historic swords have a disc instead of a pommel that does much the same.

I still have a Webley pneumatic pistol, similar to that pistol, that I bought in the 90's and it's power was limited to 6ft/lb to be legal without a firearms licence in the UK. Legal air rifles (of all kinds) without a firearms licence are limited to 12ft/lb. My pistol had and ambidextrous grip and that pistol would be no use to me as I'm a lefty and getting a left handled grip or ambidextrous grip is an issue. Still it's a good pistol and a good vermin dispatcher! This pistol probably has the same 6ft/lb limit which is good for 10-15m close target practice and seeing off some vermin if you've got a good sight/scope. I found that pointed pellets worked best if you're looking to get penetration thru a target like a can.
