Funny, but for an american who reads this, who isn't aware of the german weapon law, this statement couldn't be farther away from the truth unfortunately. :( This type of guns were only an exception because they were new and didn't fit the current definition of a weapon. The law said, a gun is a device that fires a projectile *through* a barrel. They changed it meanwhile and from september 2020, they count as a weapon too in germany. We still can't have anything. And it gets worse every few years. Multitools are weapons too in germany meanwhile. We've lost a very handy tool, that makes your life easier, because of this. A *tool* . Just because one of its features is a blade that is longer than freaking one and a half inch. (measured from the handle - unsharpened part of the blade included!) You can do more harm with a screw driver. Our government is completely loosing its mind.

Evander Van Absolutely!! Tinkerers and techno-geeks, sportsmen and gadget freaks,...a sponsor’s paradise of viewers. And, while I’m at it, the show is really good as it is. The backyard vibe, rustic setting could hardly be improved on. And for simplicity and economical experiments bringing results...top notch. And this is what we see. Behind the camera post-production work is also quite good and, from experience, I know that takes time and effort far beyond screen time. Some of the time-lapse videos of the working process, tooling, cutting, shaping and assembly would be fairly easy. And the footage be the basis of entire tutorial series or simply as filler. All the while a genuine enjoyment pervades the production. Carry on.

No one seems to realize how amazing this piece really is, considering how ruffly it's made. With only practical refinement, such as custom machined parts, and actual tubing (as opposed to a seamed pipe) large improvements are easily achievable. Personally, I think it would be in the best interest of the shooter to figure out EXACTLY what volume of air is requisite, per shot, and develop a separated charging, and shot chamber. This way the gun doesn't produce so much wasted exhaust, and of course, smaller chambers allow for much higher pressures, much more easily/safely. Oddly enough, I actually have access to process tubing, for use in coal fired boilers. This is the place to go, if you're looking for high end, exotic steel, high pressure tubing. We often have racks of tube drops, just laying around, at any given plant. It's expensive as heck to buy it new, but materials change often enough, that there are often piles of otherwise useless tubes, just laying around. Interestingly as well, I'm curious just how much power one could squeeze out of a steam gun. Though the word 'dangerous', is a pretty huge understatement, if you're crazy enough to give that a go.

Brandon Cornett I'm aware of basic physics, but the remarks appreciated. However, the recoil actually wouldn't be worse, because to fit the boxing glove on he'd need to remove the large steel rod that's the normal tip. A boxing glove isn't really going to weigh more than a fairly large steel rod.

Patrick McReeeReee The projectile wouldn't go through the glove. If you notice, I referred to Jörg's Airzooka, the shoulder mounted weapon he made a while ago. Not the "toy" in this video. Regardless of that, even if he were using the weapon in this video, pushing a pencil through a shitty glove against a wall isn't the same anyway. In that situation the glove is immobilized by the wall. If the glove were part of the projectile, it wouldn't be immobilized in any sense and it would accelerate at the same rate as the rest of the projectile. It's a simple concept. Unless of course, as I now realize, you mean on terminal impact...because I then agree.

@Renovski a penatrating shot that either wipes out the crew or deals major damage to the internal machinery that causes the vehicle to be inoperable. After a few penatrations the durability of the plates tend to decrease dramatically causing most crews to abandon the tank.

You could use high pressure /high flow n.o.s. cylinoids and a high pressure compressed air tank and be able to have a electrical trigger and about 1600psi (or a bit more) and the n.o.s. cylinoid will dump all of the air instantly. Super fast and reliable with more than 1 shot per fill up. And could most likely destroy your newly set record. Love the channel man!!! Keep it up!!!

I'm curious to know what you do/did as a profession, as you are obviously a top-level designer/fabricator. I'm pretty sure my homemade airgun handily exceeded 1000 joules. That thing launched D batteries clean through cars- in through the driver's side door and out through the passenger side door and through anything that might have been left in between. It launched a dart similar to the one at the beginning of this video all the way through a 12 inch diameter tree, and it would launch golf balls all the way to Illinois. In all fairness though,that was more of an air howitzer than an airgun (you could hold it, but if you tried to fire it from your shoulder it might well kill you). Anyway, awesome video as usual and great inspiration. 👍

@@3vimages471 It is a fact that more guns equals less violent crime. A very clear correlation can be made between increased gun ownership and decreased violent crime rates. It cannot be argued with. The antigun idiots use "gun murder" as an intellectually dishonest argument against guns. The fact is that the less gun ownership there is in a country, the more MURDER rates go up. Which matters more... Gun murder rates or murder rates as a whole?? The media does not show all the times guns have prevented violent crime. In fact, the media doesn't even have a way to see all the times violent crimes have been prevented by guns because the criminals simply do not cross the line when they know their victim is armed.

@screenteasing
@screenteasing 3 жыл бұрын
He would be the guy that stands his ground as the people lose their mind while rioting, trying not to hurt anyone and tell them to be reasonable, to group together and to make things better... As he is pressured to shoot someone he falls down to his knees, sobbing over why it had to come to this point, only to get knocked out by a punk with a Longboard sneaking up behind him as Jörg was grieving about the loss. Not only the loss of young life in front of him, but the loss of mankind. A loss once called humanity... The punk shatters his skull, jumping around, adrenalin rushing through his blood, as he and his fellow rioters looting the guns, not because they are bad people, but because fear and harsh times brings out the worst in people. They ate some leftovers from Jörgs last hunt before they flee to live another day. Only to forget the man they killed and the friend they lost as the many others that died due to that end-of-times-rebellion. For them Jörg was just a hazard to be dealt with. He and all of KZbin are vanishing in the dusty remains of the old world, never to be remembered again.
