I love all the easter eggs pointing towards the past records. There's a riff that resembles The Negative One, there's a three-snare part that throws back to The Blister Exists, there's Corey speaking to a crowd through megaphone like he did in Pulse of the Maggots, etc. All of which given a new context and wrapped inside heavy riffage that I think has that early 2000's Slipknot feel to it. Huge fan.

this song is actually about criticizing the modern mainstream music and the music industry. To keep it simple, the chorus we listened 'old does not mean dead, new does not mean best' refer to the music itself. Masterpieces like Bohemian Rhapsody and requiem in d minor can't be forgotten but modern music like lil pump are not and probably never considered the best. And more than that, migos had won a rock award, I ain't joking around u can check it yourself. Very catching chorus, i love that transition 3-3-3-3-5-5-8-6-6-6-6, as a guitar player, playing that gives me a small boner, idk why, simple yet awesome. TBH my favorite their single for a while, even tho The Negative One was a banger, i thought drumming was way too simplistic after Jordison's work, this one seems to be much more moving, i think this album will rock harder than previous since Jay and Vman are more comfortable in their shoes , and band seems to love and accept them much more, look at 2014, Vman was like always really close to Jay, not really moving alot by the end of 2016 he seemed to be much more confident on, stage, hope their creativity will shine more on 2019 work
