The problem with the live performances is that you barely hear the song. I think you would both appreciate the song more if you watched the official video (in which they put down their masks btw). Give it a shot 🙂

The band has 9 members. They all perform. Drummer, 2 percussionist, dj, samples, 2 guitar, bass and vocalist. They make great music.

This band is unique ....Corey Taylors voice is the best i ever heard by this kind of music. The sound of the whole band is crazy in a good way to me. I really love them. Give them a chance , they so interesting to listen

They really do design the masks and have different masks made for every new album/tour cycle, sometimes even different ones and costumes for every couple of shows. It is really a thing of it's own with them.

Habe Tickets für Hamburg im Sommer .... Mich würde interessieren wie der Sound ist vor Ort. Bei den live Videos die man so findet hier sind iwie zu 90% sound technisch nicht so geil. Ich hoffe das das ganze bloß täuscht und mich das Konzert nicht enttäuscht.

The impressive part of their live performances is the connection between Corey, the crowd, and the band. But if you want to hear their musicality and the complexity of their lyrics and compositions, you really need to listen to their studio recordings.

check out Heilung. The most metal thing I have heard, without being metal. Any of the live videos of LIFA will do you just fine.

I concur! I looove Heilung, love their sound, they are one of the most unusual folk bands. I recommend Krigsgaldr or In Maidjan from LIFA concert; or Anoana music video

As much as i love slipknot... i have to admit their live sound is kinda messy. It's maybe because they are so many members or idk. I would recommend their official videos if you wanna listen to more slipknot. There is a great live concert from them from london i believe but i don't know if you can still find it

For me they not the best live performers but i think its really hard to performed it live. You have to listen a official video for examble "yen" ...its a good song for start with them.
