It's in drop A tuning and you don't really need a pedal if you have an amp with good distortion.

It’s drop a like this dude said u don’t need a petal but you can for sure get super fucking heavy sounds with pretty cheap pedals. I got a “BOSS DS-1” for about 75 bucks. Make sure if you got any little ones running around that it turn your distortion pedal off and unplug it from both cords. Or else you will kill the systems in there if left on a night lol. I had to buy a second one for that reason lol.

It's called a pinch harmonic. It's done using only your fingers. Look up a tutorial to see how to do it.
